Sales Executive – Pucallpa and Iquitos

Some of your key responsibilities:
* + Execute the commercial strategy with each assigned customer (wholesalers / brokers / distributors), achieving sell-out, distribution, and share objectives profitably.
* Propose, execute, and monitor activities designed to generate necessary movement among customers in the assigned territory while maintaining controlled inventory levels.
* Monitor sell-out closely throughout the month to ensure maximum profitability from promotional tools.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the pre-sales team, and maintain close coordination with merchandisers and point-of-sale advisors to ensure flawless execution of company products at the point of sale—aligned with company goals and strategies.
* Adhere to credit policies to ensure collection across the territory and maintain controlled debt levels.
* Negotiate with Marketing department personnel regarding specific activations at the customer/channel level.
* Maintain clear understanding of customers’ financial situations and negotiate payment terms accordingly.
* Ensure accurate dispatch and receipt of merchandise, seeking efficiencies within the distribution process.
* Communicate and align with customers on their results and status for each monthly close, regarding monthly promotional plans.
* Enter orders resulting from customer negotiations into the tool defined by Kimberly-Clark; subsequently coordinate with support teams to ensure orders progress through the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflow and improve customer service levels.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in commercial roles. Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies and the traditional trade channel is preferred.
* Intermediate-level English proficiency.
* Intermediate-level MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable.
* This position may be based in Pucallpa or Iquitos.
* Willingness to travel once per week.
