**Role: Cloud \& Infrastructure Architect** **Key Responsibilities*** Design and implement **hybrid infrastructure architectures** integrating on\-prem and Azure cloud. * Define **cloud adoption strategies**, migration plans, and modernization roadmaps. * Configure and manage **Azure IAM (RBAC), Policies, Blueprints, and Governance frameworks**. * Establish **organization policies** for compliance, security, and resource management. * Create and maintain **architecture documentation**, diagrams, and operational standards. * Implement **Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)** strategies for critical workloads. * Drive **automation initiatives** using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep). * Oversee **network design** (VNet, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway) and **storage solutions**. * Ensure **high availability, backup, and failover mechanisms** across Azure environments. * Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure and cloud solutions with business objectives. * Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams. **Required Skills*** Strong experience in **Microsoft Azure services** (Compute, Networking, Storage, Azure AD, Security Center). * Expertise in **traditional infrastructure** (servers, virtualization, networking, storage). * Hands\-on experience with **IAM, Organization Policies, and governance**. * Proficiency in **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep). * Knowledge of **containerization and orchestration** (AKS, Docker). * Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). * Ability to produce **detailed architecture diagrams and service documentation**. * Strong understanding of **DR and BCP frameworks** and implementation in Azure. * Understanding of **security best practices and compliance frameworks** (ISO, SOC, GDPR). **Preferred Qualifications*** Microsoft Certified: **Azure Solutions Architect Expert**. * Experience with **multi\-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies**. * Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python). **Language:** Advanced English oral and written skills **Important:** Please, have ready your resume updated in english
