Buscamos un(a) **Data Scientist Specialist** que impulse la toma de decisiones estratégicas a través de la analítica avanzada y la optimización de procesos clave. **Tu propósito:** Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos y modelos de machine learning que mejoren la experiencia de nuestros clientes y potencien las iniciativas de analítica avanzada en Tigo. ‍ **Responsabilidades principales:** * Diseñar y construir **pipelines de datos** escalables y confiables. * ️ Realizar **feature engineering** para optimizar modelos predictivos. * Asegurar la **calidad e integridad de los datos** . * Desarrollar y entrenar **modelos de machine learning** (clasificación, regresión, clustering, etc.). * Implementar modelos en **producción (MLOps)** siguiendo buenas prácticas. * Colaborar con **stakeholders** para definir problemas de negocio y traducir hallazgos en **insights accionables** . **Requisitos:** * Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería de Negocios o carreras afines. * \+3 años de experiencia en **ingeniería de datos** y/o **modelado predictivo** . * Dominio avanzado de **SQL** y **Python** para Ciencia de Datos. * Conocimientos sólidos en **estadística y matemáticas** aplicadas. * Habilidades analíticas, comunicación efectiva y orientación a resultados.
