En **VML Perú** nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) **Motion Graphics Editor** para que se integre a nuestro equipo: **Descripción** * Diseñar, animar y editar piezas audiovisuales (2D Motion Graphics y video) para clientes extranjeros, asegurando alta calidad y consistencia con la marca. * Seleccionar material de video y sonido según guion o storyboard, estructurando narrativas claras y efectivas. * Manejo de herramientas de la suite de Adobe para animación y postproducción final (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). * Integrar gráficos, títulos, lower thirds, subtítulos, transiciones y efectos, cuidando ritmo, timing y criterios estéticos. * Colaborar con equipos creativos y de producción, proponiendo soluciones e ideas creativas alineadas a las necesidades del cliente. * Ejecutar procesos de offline, online y color; preparar entregables para formatos multiplataforma (social, paid, web). Requerimientos * Egresados de Comunicación Audiovisual, Diseño Gráfico, Animación Digital o carreras afines. * Experiencia de 3 a 6 años en motion graphics y edición, preferentemente en casas productoras o agencias de publicidad. * Conocimientos y habilidades en procesos de offline, online y color. * Nivel avanzado de postproducción: tracking, rotoscopia, VFX, compositing, keying. * Nivel avanzado de colorización: DaVinci Resolve. * Nivel avanzado de Animación 2D/Motion Graphics y edición: After Effects y Premiere Pro; manejo de Illustrator y Photoshop. * Conocimientos en herramientas de IA aplicadas a edición y motion. * Inglés intermedio–avanzado (deseable avanzado) y experiencia colaborando con equipos/clientes internacionales (UK/US). * Pensamiento creativo, criterio narrativo y atención al detalle; capacidad para proponer y mejorar la pieza acorde a objetivos. * Portafolio demostrable de trabajos de motion y edición. * Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera temporal y bajo modalidad presencial.
