We’re hiring a **Weekends Maintenance Coordinator** to manage utility setups/disconnections, billing, and owner communications for our growing portfolio. **Salary:** $1,100 – $1,200 USD (monthly) **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Managing maintenance requests for 300\+ properties via phone, text, email, and ERP portal. * Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in\-house teams. Scheduling maintenance with contractors (electrician, plumber, handyman, roofer) and coordinating tenant visits. * Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records. * Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback. * Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting. * Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost\-effectiveness. **Skills:** * Analytical, solutions\-oriented mindset with strong problem\-solving skills and high attention to detail/accuracy. * Highly organized self\-starter; able to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines in fast\-paced environments. * Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills, including a confident, professional phone presence. * Customer\-focused and adaptable to different personalities and situations. * Tech\-savvy: proficient with **Buildium, LeadSimple, Propertymeld, Google Drive, and Microsoft Access**. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred). * 3\+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related role * Advanced English (written and spoken) required. * High\-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.) * Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar) **Setting:** Remote **Schedule:** Saturday – Wednesday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours per week, with a 1\-hour lunch break).
