Regional Supervisor
Job Summary:
Coordinate and supervise daily operations, personnel, and administrative requirements to ensure efficiency and compliance across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead teams and motivate staff to achieve objectives.
2. Proactively manage administrative and operational processes.
3. Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive work environment.
* Supervise the daily cash closing at each branch and consolidate sales reports.
* Coordinate daily, biweekly, and monthly pricing.
* Schedule buses on a monthly basis.
* Coordinate orders and purchases of office supplies (stationery, tickets, equipment, etc.).
* Process permits, licenses, and documents required by relevant authorities (municipality, MTC, SUTRAN, etc.).
* Maintain up-to-date operating permits, fire extinguishers, and other safety requirements.
* Submit requests to management regarding infrastructure or process improvements and needs.
* Prepare periodic reports on branch performance, sales, and requirements.
* Verify that buses depart punctually and that mandatory video recording of each departure is performed.
* Coordinate with counter staff, drivers, and assistants to ensure smooth operational flow.
* Supervise compliance with customer service protocols at each branch.
* Conduct periodic visits to branches to audit processes and resolve incidents.
* Ensure order, cleanliness, and security across all facilities.
* Coordinate and supervise staff schedules, roles, and performance.
* Hold periodic meetings to motivate, listen to, and guide the team.
* Promote ongoing staff training in customer service, safety, and sales.
* Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.
**Job Requirements:**
\- Technical or university degree in Administration, Business Management, Logistics, or related fields.
\- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory or administrative roles within transportation, logistics, or retail companies.
**Knowledge:**
* Cash handling, inventory management, and reporting.
* Municipal and transportation-related procedures.
* Basic safety regulations (fire extinguishers, emergency protocols).
* Proficiency in Excel and office software.

**General Job Conditions (adjustable):**
* **Schedule:** Full-time (fixed shift of 8 hours, Monday–Saturday, 2 pm–10 pm), overtime required.
* **Work Mode:** On-site.
* **Work Location:** Los Olivos and La Victoria.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month
