**Date:** Dec 15, 2025 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Comprehensively manage operational processes and inventory control across warehouses nationwide, leading the workforce to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of objectives, with safety and quality standards as core pillars. **What will you do in this role?** * Plan, organize, and supervise all inbound and outbound goods handling processes in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Lead and manage physical inventory counts of finished products in the assigned warehouse. * Prepare and monitor the department’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, optimization of operating costs, and achievement of budgetary targets. * Train and develop staff, strengthening technical competencies and soft skills. * Manage inventory levels, prioritizing efficient stock rotation to prevent obsolescence and stagnation. **What do we need from you?** * Professionals holding degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or positions related to Distribution and Logistics. * SAP and WMS proficiency is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * Availability to work in Huachipa. * Experience managing personnel.
