Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage talent and labor relations in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership role in Human Resources 2. Comprehensive human talent management 3. Experience valued in mining units Bachelor's degree or licensed in Industrial Relations, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook at intermediate level. Minimum 4 years of experience as Head of Human Resources or similar positions. Experience in mining units required. Specialization, diploma, and/or master's degree in human talent management, human capital, or labor relations. Knowledge of payroll calculation, social benefits, personnel selection, and evaluation. Preferably reside in the Southern region of Peru.
