Manage continuous improvement of operational processes. **Full Job Description** We are a Solid Waste Operating Company (SWOC), contractor for Las Bambas Mining Company (Challhuahuacho). We provide the following services: Coordination, collection, and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous solid waste to final destinations; suction of wastewater from biodigesters, septic tanks, and chemical toilets; conditioning/recycling/valorization of solid waste. **Our mining clients include:** \- Las Bambas Mining Company, Southern Copper, and other projects. We are currently seeking the following profile: **Responsibilities:** * Plan, direct, and supervise solid and liquid waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations. * Develop maintenance and cleaning schedules for portable chemical toilets and handwashing stations, ensuring availability of personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, PPE, and other resources required for operations. * Supervise field service execution and ensure operational continuity. * Prepare technical reports and client reports. * Coordinate and monitor operational records and compliance with established procedures. * Lead operational staff, promoting adherence to quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental guidelines. * Coordinate service execution with clients and various company departments. * Manage continuous improvement of operational processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and professional license in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. **(MANDATORY)** * Minimum **5 years** of experience leading operations in Solid Waste Operating Companies (SWOC) and/or mining operations projects. **(MANDATORY)** * Proven experience leading work teams and managing transportation and waste handling operations. **(MANDATORY)** * Experience working within **Las Bambas Mining Company**. **(PREFERRED)** * Valid driver's license **A\-IIB**. **(MANDATORY)** * Training in **Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems**. * Training in **Environmental Emergencies**. * Knowledge of current regulations applicable to solid and liquid waste transportation and handling. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to prepare technical reports. **WORK LOCATION** \- Las Bambas Mining Company (in\-site) \- Las Bambas Mining Company camps located along the mining corridor **TERMS AND CONDITIONS** \- 14 days on / 7 days off work schedule \- Transportation provided (90 soles per trip to Arequipa, Cusco, etc.), negotiable. \- Meals and accommodation with hot water provided. \- Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits. \- PREFERRED RESIDENCE IN SOUTHERN PERU (Arequipa, Cusco, Puno, etc.) **Apply through this platform and send your documented CV to sumacpaqari.adm@gmail.com** **or via WhatsApp at 949 340 671** Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your expected salary?
