At **C\&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, a leading company in **engineering and comprehensive telecommunications solutions**, we are seeking a **Telecommunications Technician** with experience in **installation, maintenance, and operation of networks**, to join our projects in the **industrial and mining sectors**. **Main Responsibilities** * Install internal and external plant equipment, including **networking, power, microwave, fiber optics, air conditioning, and protection infrastructure systems**. * Perform **structured cabling installation and organization**, data and power networks. * Carry out **basic configuration of air conditioning systems, rectifiers, and associated equipment**. * Mount telecommunications cabinets and equipment in **technical rooms or Data Centers**. * Assist in the **implementation and configuration of telephone systems** (switchboards, internal networks). * Comply with **safety and SSOMA protocols** established in each project. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Technician or Engineer in **Telecommunications or Electronics**. * **Minimum Experience:** 3 years in **installation, operation, or maintenance of telecommunications networks**. * **Personal Competencies:** Proactivity, effective communication, teamwork, and results orientation. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel and participate in projects across different regions (travel expenses covered). **Desirable Experience** * Knowledge in **radio frequency, microwave, nodes, repeaters, and CCTV**. * Experience with **Cisco equipment** and **fiber optic systems** (installation and configuration). * Prior experience in **mining, oil and gas, or energy projects**. **Additional Skills** * Leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication. * Proficiency in **Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate/advanced level)**. * Familiarity with **Microsoft Project, Power BI, and AutoCAD**. **Conditions** * Immediate integration into active projects. * Coverage of **travel expenses, meals, and accommodation** when work involves relocation.
