




DESCRIPTION A leading company in the mining sector is looking for a professional to fill the position of Social Projects Evaluator Analyst with the following responsibilities: * Support the Development Axes areas in planning and organizing operational processes of projects to improve their execution. * Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure management, progress, and results of projects across different areas. * Establish KPIs for gap reduction. * Organize, evaluate, design, and update information for each project, including location, investment, beneficiaries, impact on gap closure, and KPIs, among others. * Monitor and measure indicators related to gap closure, the Human Development Index, and other relevant parameters in intervention areas. * Define necessary activities for collecting key indicators in the assigned area. * Carry out monitoring and reporting on project progress. * Organize and analyze data to make decisions based on time, cost, and quality criteria. * Prepare reports derived from the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual indicator reports. * Manage information related to projects from all areas. * Perform other tasks associated with the position. REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Master's degree or specialization in Business and Project Management or Development Projects (desirable). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing project reports and indicators for gap closure. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in formulating and evaluating projects using logical framework methodology or similar. * Knowledge of agile methodologies, implementation of operational processes, and design and management of indicators. * Knowledge of accounting and tax aspects of non-governmental organizations. * Proficiency in SAP and document-type software or equivalent. * Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work under a 5x2 schedule
