Position Summary: Leads on-site supervision teams for educational infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with client and project stakeholders At PROYECTA, we are seeking a **Supervision Leader** for educational infrastructure projects, who will be responsible for leading the on-site supervision team, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, contractual schedule, and current regulatory requirements, as well as coordinating with the client and other project stakeholders. **Required Experience** * Minimum of 10 years of general experience as Site Supervisor, Specialist Supervisor, Resident Engineer, or Assistant Resident Engineer. * Minimum of three (3\) specific projects as Project Manager and/or Supervision Manager in educational infrastructure projects, with an investment amount exceeding S/ 15 million. **Requirements** * Proficiency in BIM modeling (mandatory). * Experience in quality management (mandatory). * Knowledge and experience in the Last Planner System (mandatory). * Specialization in Public Investment (desirable). * Knowledge of Tax-Funded Projects (desirable). * Availability to work in Abancay city.
