Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant Operator to support various operational tasks, assist in metallurgical processes, and ensure plant order and cleanliness while complying with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support in operational tasks within the plant 2. Assistance in milling, leaching, and grinding processes 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the plant We are a major Mineral Processing Plant located in Chala\-Arequipa, and we require personnel for the position of PLANT OPERATOR: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support operational tasks within the plant * Assist mill, leaching, grinding, and other process operators in specific tasks * Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties across the plant to ensure optimal working conditions * Transport materials and supplies to respective areas as instructed * Verify proper supply of reagents and water at workstations * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations REQUIREMENTS: * Technical training or completed secondary education * Proven experience in the position (mandatory) * Basic knowledge of leaching metallurgical processes * Availability to work under a 14 x 7 schedule in Chala, Arequipa BENEFITS: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, profit sharing, insurance, etc.) * Mobility bonus * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
