You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of our fleet and machinery by performing preventive and corrective maintenance under demanding operational conditions. **What will be your responsibilities?** * **Comprehensive Maintenance:** Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment. * **Critical Systems:** Work on hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel engine, and transmission systems. * **Safety and Order:** Strictly comply with safety standards (IPERC) and maintain workplace order. * **Technical Reporting:** Prepare reports on identified failures and spare parts used. **Requirements We Seek** * **Education:** Graduate technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or Heavy Machinery. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 **years** of heavy equipment maintenance experience in the mining sector (surface operations). * **Availability:** Willingness to work under an atypical 20x10 schedule at the mining unit. * **Attitude:** Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **What Do We Offer?** * Accommodation and meals covered at **100%** at the mining unit. * Ongoing training opportunities and career path.
