




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant for Divino Detalle, responsible for managing social media accounts, coordinating cake orders, and creating basic designs. Paid trial week and birthday benefits. **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR DIVINO DETALLE** **Responsibilities** * Manage social media accounts (review and reply to WhatsApp messages) * Coordinate with customers regarding cake orders and delivery times * Send and collect payments via WhatsApp * Assemble cake boxes during free time * Use CapCut and Canva for design tasks **Requirements** * Minimum **6 months** of experience in customer service or similar roles * Experience in the food and beverage industry (preferred) * Basic proficiency in **Canva and CapCut** **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Break: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm * Day off: Sunday * Holidays: Worked as per agreement **Benefits:** * Paid trial week * Birthday benefits * Honorarium receipt Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site
