Position Summary: MINERA MH S.A.C. seeks a Maintenance Manager to support the management, supervision, and coordination of equipment and machinery maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and review of technical and administrative reports **MINERA MH S.A.C.**, a company engaged in mineral exploitation and processing, requires a **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** for its production facility located in the district of Chala, Caravelí, Arequipa. **Position Profile:** * University graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience. Responsibilities: * Support **specialized maintenance, installation, and repair** of equipment, components, and machinery as required. * Assign tasks to **qualified technical personnel**, establishing technical standards and procedures for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance execution. * Coordinate and report to the **Plant Manager** on maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure proper operation. * Supervise assigned personnel, verifying compliance with **Safe Work Procedures (SWPs)** across operational areas. * Prepare, review, and submit **technical and administrative reports** during and upon completion of maintenance work for approval. * Evaluate maintenance work performed by **contracted companies or third parties**. * Manage **procurement and tracking of supplies**, monitor consumption, and ensure logistical support for spare parts. * Support other complementary activities related to the position and career path, as directed by management. Knowledge: * Knowledge of Maintenance Process Management * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency Working Conditions: * Atypical work regime of 20 days on / 10 days off * Full coverage of meals and accommodation * Positive work environment.
