Position Summary: We are seeking a Mining Operations Assistant to support the engineer, monitor progress processes, ensure compliance with the monthly plan, and provide administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in exploration, preparation, and development of the mining unit 2. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with progress and production plans 3. Support in equipment operations administration and cost control At Mineros del Norte, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of: **"MINING OPERATIONS ASSISTANT"** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the mining engineer in exploration, preparation, and development activities of the unit. * Monitor progress processes within the unit. * Ensure compliance with the monthly linear progress and mineral production plan for your area. * Support administration of yellow-line equipment operations, and control costs and budgets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mining Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in mining operations * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency * Availability to work in Chala under a 28x14 work schedule **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment * Accommodation and meals: 100% covered * Work schedule: 28x14 * Travel allowances covered * Open career path opportunities.
