We are looking to incorporate a **METALLURGICAL PLANT SUPERVISOR** into our team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Metallurgical Engineer (Bachelor's degree, licensed, or registered) * Strategic planning; management of concentrator plants; management of metallurgical KPIs; resource management (materials, equipment, and personnel); knowledge of mining regulations * Preferred specialization in extractive metallurgy or gold mineral processing * Knowledge of gold desorption, smelting, and refining processes (preferred) * Proficiency in metallurgical software * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar duties * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, supervise, and coordinate metallurgical process control for mineral reception, grinding\-classification, activated carbon adsorption, and desorption, refining, and smelting processes, aligned with production objectives * Analyze metallurgical recovery results, grades, and metallurgical balances * Monitor the status of activated carbon (quality, losses, and regeneration) * Supervise proper implementation of sampling and quality control procedures * Coordinate with Operations, Plant, Laboratory, Commercial, Accounting, and Management departments * Supervise the performance of personnel under supervision * Propose improvements to metallurgical processes and internal controls * Plan, supervise, and coordinate the activated carbon desorption stage * Monitor the desorption process to ensure proper operation of equipment such as tanks, columns, pumps, and heating systems * Analyze metallurgical reports (head grades, tailings, solutions) * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and metallurgical balance reports **BENEFITS** * 20-days-on / 10-days-off work schedule * Benefits as stipulated by law * Pleasant working environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.3,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
