LOGISTICS MANAGER (MINING SECTOR)

Job Summary: A professional with experience in logistics and procurement to manage requirements, evaluate suppliers, and optimize the supply chain in the mining sector. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and management of plant and administrative requirements. 2. Supplier evaluation to ensure the best quality-to-price ratio. 3. Optimization of transportation routes and resolution of supply chain issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields **(Mandatory).** \- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or warehouse areas. \- Availability to work in Chala \- Arequipa. \- Experience in the mining sector **(Mandatory).** \- Existing supplier network. \- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Proficiency in intermediate-level Microsoft Office tools. * Coordinate and manage plant and administrative requirements, including issuance of purchase and service orders. * Conduct quotations and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality\-to-price ratio. * Monitor supplier delivery schedule compliance. * Knowledge of issuing Electronic Shipping Guides. * Coordinate with the Accounting and Cashier departments regarding procurement documentation and payments. * Support planning and execution of logistics activities. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Design and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and delivery times. * Evaluate and select the best transportation service providers. * Address and resolve supply chain issues, such as delivery delays or quality problems. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of the department's competencies. **BENEFITS:\-** ALL BENEFITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW\- 100% COVERED MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION\- SCTR AND LIFE INSURANCE AS PER LAW\- REGIME 20\*10 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,800\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
