Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Mining Operations Supervisor to support exploration, development, progress monitoring, and cost control in mining operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in exploration, preparation, and development activities of the mining unit 2. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with progress and production plans 3. Support in equipment administration and cost control At Mineros del Norte, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of **"JUNIOR MINING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR"** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist the mining engineer with exploration, preparation, and development activities of the unit. * Monitor progress processes within the unit. * Ensure compliance with the monthly linear progress and mineral production plan for the assigned area. * Support in administration of yellow-line equipment operations, and control costs and budgets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mining Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in mining operations * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office * Availability to work in Chala under a 28x14 work schedule **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment * Accommodation and meals: 100% covered * Work schedule: 28x14 * Travel allowances covered * Open career path opportunities.
