Position Summary: Ensure resource availability and implementation of technological innovation in maintenance, respecting internal policies while managing information and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technological innovation in maintenance processes. 2. Promote compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies. 3. Analyze information and processes to optimize maintenance management. MISSION Ensure the availability of required internal and external resources for maintenance execution, as requested by Maintenance Planning and/or Maintenance Department Heads; and likewise ensure the implementation of technological innovation through analysis of maintenance information and processes, adhering to internal policies on quality, safety management, budgetary management, environmental management, and maintenance management FUNCTIONS Upload third-party documentation to the INFOCONTROL platform to manage their entry as technical visitors, as well as manage third-party access. Request motorized equipment and their operators for maintenance activities via the OPERWEB platform. Submit daily mobility requests through the SysAid platform. Monitor technician attendance (vacations, medical leave, txt, birthdays, holidays, on-call duties, etc.). Generate shipping guides, coordinate with Logistics for inventory withdrawal, execute component maintenance, and supply fuel to the Thermal Power Plant, Towers, and Cranes. Keep technical information updated for equipment and infrastructure (drawings, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, parts manuals, technical specifications). Ensure updated information is uploaded to ISOPORTS (PETS, FORSUR, PDSUR, ETSUR, Maintenance KPIs, etc.). Request material quotations (via SysAid) and prepare comparative material tables. Request creation of material codes supported by parts manuals, nomenclatures, manufacturer technical standards, and/or organizational standards. Analyze deviations from the annual maintenance budget, requesting justification from Planning and/or Maintenance Department Heads if exceeded (e.g., P and Q savings). Collect information for preparing monthly Maintenance KPIs, recording justifications approved by the Maintenance Department Head. Review and interpret failure reports (ICAM) and compliance with maintenance orders and alerts together with maintenance supervisors. Conduct periodic follow-up on predictive alerts. Analyze maintenance management information to identify cost-saving opportunities through proposals for technological innovation. Use AI tools, Power BI, etc., to standardize maintenance management, reduce time spent analyzing information, and optimize decision-making. Ensure compliance with requirements established in the Integrated Management System (Quality Management, Environmental Management, OSH Management, Protection Management, and Information Security Management), in accordance with international standards certified by TISUR and regulatory bodies, as well as fulfillment of SIG policy commitments, effective use of SIG tools, standards, procedures, and other documents associated with responsible processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience as a maintenance intern. **Desirable Knowledge:** Maintenance Management, Safety Management, Cost and Budget Management Technical Drawing Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Personnel Management, Project Management, Contract Management Supply Management, Quality Management Leadership and Effective Communication **Languages:** Intermediate English Advanced Excel, SAP (intermediate user level), Power BI (intermediate level), AutoCAD (basic level) Benefits Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. **15th-month Salary:** Additional and/or prorated salary depending on start date.
