




SOCIAL WORKER. 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE LICENSED AND REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL Chaparral – Arequipa Promote improvement in occupational quality of life by fostering positive human relationships among the company, employees, and their families, providing support and assistance regarding social welfare. · Monitoring and management of procedures at EsSalud (subsidies, accreditations, and registrations). · Coordination and promotion of activities aimed at employee welfare within the company (recreational activities, team-building events, calendar-based celebrations, and name-day observances). · Monitoring and accompaniment of employees requiring topical medical attention. · Management of medical leaves, paternity leave, sick leave, or bereavement leave; reporting to Human Resources and Administration. · Processing and registration of workers’ dependents in the T-Registry. · Processing EsSalud applications for illness subsidies, maternity leave, lactation leave, dependent coverage, EsSalud Vida enrollments, and conversion of private medical leave into EsSalud-covered leave. · Managing procedures before state and private institutions: EsSalud, Sunafil, Ministry of Labor, clinics, insurance companies, etc. · Identification and monitoring of social cases affecting employees’ job performance. · Preparation of monthly reports on activities carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the social welfare area. · Management of staff food services. · Monitoring of social activities as part of our corporate social responsibility commitment. · Monitoring compliance with the Medical Surveillance Plan activities. · Control and monitoring of camp distribution within the unit. · Monitoring compliance with inspections of assigned camps and dining facilities. · Designing, proposing, and leading company-wide social welfare initiatives aimed at promoting employee health and integration. · Maintaining a control matrix of medical examinations for new and active personnel, scheduling appointments across relevant clinics, and reporting upcoming expirations. * Basic knowledge of safety Address employee inquiries regarding Occupational Welfare, Occupational Safety and Health, and Occupational Medicine.
