Job Summary: Plant operator responsible for monitoring and controlling the gold ore leaching process, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor the gold ore leaching process 2. Perform routine inspections and collect samples for metallurgical analysis 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area with a commitment to safety Main Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor the gold ore leaching process. • Control operational parameters such as pH, density, flow rate, and reagent dosage. • Conduct routine inspections of tanks, pumps, pipelines, and associated equipment. • Collect samples for metallurgical analysis according to established procedures. • Record operational data and report deviations or failures. • Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. • Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements: • Minimum completed secondary education; technical studies in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields are desirable. • Minimum 3 months to 1 year of experience in gold ore processing plants, preferably in leaching, CIP, or CIL areas. • Basic knowledge of metallurgical processes and handling of reagents used in leaching. • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Availability to work under the mining work regime of 20x10 and on rotating shifts. • Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures.
