We are looking to incorporate personnel into our **INTERNAL CONTROL** department. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions and/or in processing gold-bearing minerals. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills. * Valid driver's license, minimum Class A\-1 (Mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct random or systematic sampling to obtain a representative sample of the batch. * Monitor and track sample collection from the lot storage location, ensuring systematic sampling control and follow-up. * Rigorously verify sample codes to prevent labeling errors. * Record the arrival of mineral batches, verifying data consistency (assigned code, date, location, and weight). * Assign unique identification codes to each collected sample. * Transport mineral samples taken from batches to the metallurgical laboratory. * Code weights, grades, and QC results, which must be recorded in a secure database to prevent tampering. * Perform other duties within the scope of responsibility required to achieve departmental objectives. * Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors and/or inherent to the position. * Manage resources by ensuring minimum required materials and supplies for normal operational functionality. **BENEFITS** * 20-days-on / 10-days-off work schedule * Benefits in accordance with applicable law * Pleasant working environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
