Currently, we are looking for a Store Manager for our Chala store. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical or university studies in progress, incomplete or completed in Administration, Marketing, Business or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience as Store Supervisor or Store Manager in the retail sector of Mining or Construction. Knowledge in cash handling, cash audits, POS and payment methods. Basic proficiency in Office (Excel, Word). Results-oriented with excellent leadership skills. Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, promoting a positive work environment.
