**GRUPO EFRINSA,** with 27 years of experience, is looking for **(1) Treasury Assistant** for its International Freight Agency, located in the district of Bellavista. **REQUIREMENTS:** 1) Technical and/or university studies in accounting. 2) Knowledge and use of the **SINTAD** system. 3) Knowledge of withholdings. 4) Bank reconciliations. 5) Intermediate/Advanced Excel. 6) Availability to work in Bellavista – Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue checks according to requests from the Operations area and other departments through the SINTAD system, obtain the corresponding signatures, and send them to the Callao office or deliver them to the requesters as appropriate. * Follow up and request signatures from management levels as required for each bank: *Crédito, Scotiabank, Continental, Financiero, BIF.* * Daily settlement of transactions in the SUNAT operating system by entering the DAM number corresponding to each transaction. * Record operational expenses in the SINTAD system related to operations. * Issue and issue manual checks, subject to coordination and authorization by the responsible supervisor. * Make bank transfer payments to suppliers and administrative staff. * Other duties and responsibilities inherent to the position. **COMPETENCIES:** * Results-oriented * Initiative and proactivity * Analyze institutional income and expenditure movements. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve inquiries about migration and digitalization. Identify monetary transactions that can be migrated (deposits, withdrawals, loan/credit card payments, among others) and non-monetary transactions (PIN changes, balance inquiries, campaigns, etc). Educate and advise customers on the use of Digital Channels, ATMs, and Agents. Identify customer issues with Digital Channels and perform basic troubleshooting protocols, or escalate them through the appropriate channels. Serve customers and non-customers by resolving inquiries within their functional scope. Be empathetic and provide continuous high-quality service, incorporating various operational and customer service protocols. Ensure the digital podium is functioning correctly in their branches; otherwise, report it for proper intervention and resolution. Encourage customers visiting the branch to use digital appointment scheduling. Act as ambassadors of the BBVA app among other colleagues in the assigned branch. Deliver, activate, link, duplicate, block, and unblock credit and debit cards. Validate customer information prior to delivering requested products. Advise and assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and loans (transactions, balances, statements, payment schedules, closures) and/or checkbook requests. Inquire and process quick account-charged operations that do not involve cash handling. Comply with BBVA's operational and regulatory controls.
