Continuous learning in metal-mechanical processes WELDER – METAL-MECHANICAL Production Plant\- Manchay\-Pachacamac A metal-mechanical company dedicated to manufacturing grills, ovens, Chinese boxes, and stainless-steel structures is seeking **WELDERS** to strengthen our production team. Responsibilities: * Perform MIG, TIG, and electric welding tasks according to technical specifications. * Interpret blueprints and assemble metal structures. * Prepare materials (cutting, grinding, cleaning, and positioning). * Inspect weld quality (alignment, strength, and finish). * Monitor usage of materials and industrial gases. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support enabling, bending, and assembly processes as required. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a welder in the metal-mechanical industry. * Knowledge of **MIG and/or TIG welding** (mandatory). * Proficiency with tools such as grinders, drills, and cutting equipment. * Basic blueprint reading ability (preferred). * Responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
