We are seeking a Lifting Operations Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise lifting activities in the mining sector, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.

We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario, and currently recruiting an **LIFTING OPERATIONS ENGINEER** to join us at Minera Chinalco Perú, located in Junín at 4,500 m above sea level.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Plan lifting activities and ensure they are carried out according to schedule.
* Coordinate with client supervision regarding daily lifting activities.
* Efficiently manage and administer company-assigned project resources.
* Monitor adherence to the project activity schedule.
* Identify hazards and assess associated risks; plan controls to minimize risks and enable safe activity execution.
* Submit daily technical progress reports to the immediate supervisor.
* Train and raise awareness among subordinates on technical, safety, and environmental topics.
* Inspect facilities and verify infrastructure conditions to ensure a comfortable working environment for our staff.
* Verify safety and operational conditions of assigned vehicle units (vans) before commencing duties.
* Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence, as required by organizational needs.
* Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA.
**EDUCATION:**
* Professional degree in Mining, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field as required by the project; licensed, registered with the professional association, and duly certified.
* Supervision training courses for cargo lifting operations.
**EXPERIENCE:**
* Minimum 6 years of verifiable experience in lifting operations for plant assembly and maintenance shutdown projects, preferably in the mining sector.
**AVAILABILITY:**
* Willingness to work under a 14x7 regime or other special or alternative work arrangements, as operationally required by the company.
**KNOWLEDGE:**
* Knowledge and application of ASME B30 standards.
* Rigging Plan development.
* Soft skills oriented toward teamwork.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Project (preferred).
* Proficiency in Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Email).
* Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc. (non-exclusive).
* Teamwork management.
