Leadership development and group management Private Educational Institution in **LOS OLIVOS** with over 37 years of experience requires a teacher for the Religious Education area (multi-grade teaching). **Objectives:** Provide high-quality education to our students by taking responsibility for primary and secondary school classrooms as a Religious Education teacher; additionally, provide support as a floating teacher in any school-related activities required. **Requirements:** * Reside near the district of **LOS OLIVOS (non-exclusive)** * Certified in education, with experience teaching Religious Education. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Familiarity with the National Curriculum for Basic Education. * Proficiency in Windows operating system, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and Planner. * Basic English proficiency (verifiable). **Competencies to be developed:** * Leadership. * Proactivity. * Effective and assertive communication. * Frustration tolerance. * Group management. * Emotional regulation. * Conflict resolution. * Working under pressure.
