Coordination of onboarding sessions and handling of inquiries **Position Objective** Provide support to the Human Resources department in executing administrative and operational processes, ensuring accurate personnel information management and compliance with internal policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). * Support **hiring and termination** procedures (personnel files, contracts, documentation). * Maintain up-to-date **physical and digital personnel files**. * Support tracking of **attendance, tardiness, leaves, and vacations**. * Assist in preparing HR documents (letters, memoranda, certificates). * Coordinate onboarding sessions and support internal company activities. * Address basic employee inquiries related to labor matters. * Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and office tools (basic/intermediate level). * Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.
