Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics technician to manage documentation, coordinate with sales, and perform inventory control and material validation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strictly manage and organize documentation. 2. Coordinate with and support the sales department regarding deliveries. 3. Control inventories and validate materials. PROFILE - Technician in Logistics or related field (mandatory) - Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or production warehouses. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE - Basic knowledge of delivery notes, inventories, physical stock control, and various departmental reporting. - Knowledge of the metal-mechanical sector, types of steel, and precision tools (desirable) - Excel (intermediate level), ERP system knowledge, Power BI desirable FUNCTIONS - Maintain strict and organized control of documentation. - Coordinate with the sales department. - Support sales for material deliveries at the office. - Monitor customer deliveries at the office. - Perform kilogram transfers and system adjustments. - Submit updated stock reports daily. - Conduct cyclic inventory counts. - Validate materials. - Generate reports requested by the warehouse manager and assist in other related functions. - Other requirements as requested by the department.
