End-to-end personnel management from recruitment to separation 2. Contract, vacation, and personnel record administration 3. Direct interaction with employees for inquiries and documentation An enterprise specializing in engineering, manufacturing, and installation of industrial plants requires talent for the position of HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruitment and hiring of administrative and operational staff for company projects. * Contract management and renewal control. * Vacation, medical leave, and permission administration. * Timekeeping, attendance, tardiness, and absence control. * Management of personnel onboarding and separation. * Maintenance and updating of physical and digital personnel files. * Registration and updating of information in HR systems. * Direct coordination with employees for document regularization. * Direct handling of employee inquiries. REQUIREMENTS: * University graduate or technical professional in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles, preferably in the metal-mechanical sector. * Proficiency in Excel. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
