




Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor with experience in mining projects to ensure safety, quality, and service continuity; coordinate teams; and manage project closure at VOLCAN COMPAÑIA MINERA. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate teams to ensure safety and quality. 2. End-to-end management of mining projects from initiation to closure. 3. Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel under supervision. A ***MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR*** with mining project experience is required for the Andaychagua Unit of **VOLCAN COMPAÑIA MINERA.**, to perform the following duties: · Execute daily tasks according to established objectives while maintaining safety, quality, service continuity, and availability. · Coordinate, monitor, and control compliance recorded in the Contractual Meeting Minutes and Weekly Reports to Management (validate schedule status and S-Curve). · Ensure compliance with MOFs (Management Operating Frameworks) across administrative, safety, quality, and technical office areas. · Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations by INPROMAYO and contractors. · Require reporting of substandard acts and conditions occurring during work execution; lead deviation investigations. · Participate in daily 5-minute safety talks and supervise proper development of SSOMA (Safety, Security, Occupational Health, and Environment) management documents. · Attend INPROMAYO Safety Committee meetings and those designated by the client’s safety department. · Verify that the site logbook is up to date and signed by the client. · Schedule and lead weekly internal site coordination meetings involving Supervision, Safety, Quality, Administration, and Warehouse teams to achieve weekly targets (progress and issue resolution). · Evaluate the performance of all personnel under direct supervision. · Before taking time off, hand over a relief sheet to the alternate supervisor to ensure continuous on-site resident coverage. · Oversee administrative closure (requiring reports from the administrator and warehouse staff). · Be responsible for project closure, ensuring issuance of the Acceptance Certificate, clearance of the Punch List, and submission of the Quality-Safety Dossier. · Manage and close, in coordination with relevant departments, the recovery of the guarantee fund. · Be responsible for safeguarding all company assets on site until their return to the central warehouse. Requirements: Licensed and registered Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 3–4 years’ experience as a site supervisor in mining projects. Residence in Huancayo and/or Cerro de Pasco. We Offer: Payroll starting from the first day of employment. Work schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off. All statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime. Performance evaluations every 3 months. Salary: S/.4,500.00 – S/.5,000.00 per hour. Work Location: On-site employment.
