We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor with experience in mining projects to lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage operations—guaranteeing service continuity and quality.

A ***MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR*** with experience in mining projects is required for the Andaychagua Unit of **VOLCAN COMPAÑIA MINERA.**
who will perform the following duties:
· Carry out daily tasks according to established objectives while maintaining safety, quality, continuity, and service availability.
· Coordinate, monitor, and control deliverables recorded in the Contractual Meeting Minutes and Weekly Reports to Management (validate schedule status and S-Curve).
· Ensure compliance with MOFs (Management Operating Frameworks) across administrative, safety, quality, and technical office areas.
· Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations by INPROMAYO and its contractors.
· Require reporting of unsafe acts and conditions occurring during work execution and lead deviation investigations.
· Participate in daily 5-minute safety talks and supervise proper development of SSOMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management System) documentation.
· Attend INPROMAYO’s Safety Committee meetings and those designated by the client’s safety department.
· Verify that the site logbook is up to date and signed by the client.
· Schedule and lead weekly internal site coordination meetings involving Supervision, Safety, Quality, Administration, and Warehouse teams to achieve weekly targets (progress and issue resolution).
· Conduct performance evaluations for all personnel under direct supervision.
· Before taking time off, hand over responsibilities to the alternate supervisor to ensure continuous site representation.
· Oversee administrative closeout (requiring reports from the administrator and warehouse staff).
· Be responsible for project closeout, ensuring issuance of the Acceptance Certificate, clearance of the Punch List, and submission of the Quality-Safety Dossier.
· Manage and finalize the recovery of the guarantee fund in coordination with involved departments.
· Be responsible for safeguarding all company assets on-site until their return to the central warehouse.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and professional registration in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 3–4 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in mining projects.
Residence in Huancayo and/or Cerro de Pasco.

Salary: S/.4,500.00 – S/.5,000.00 per hour.
