Coordinate equipment maintenance and operational availability. **Operations Supervisor** We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Condorcocha Unit who will be responsible for supervising operational execution, ensuring daily planning is carried out according to safety, quality, and cost-efficiency criteria. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate operational tasks across all shifts. * Assign personnel and verify attendance, ATS, machine hours, and overtime hours. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (SSOMA). * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with KPI indicators. * Coordinate equipment maintenance and operational availability. * Address client operational requirements. * Supervise performance and onboarding of assigned personnel. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of SSOMA, process optimization, and cost reduction is desirable. * Class A1 driver's license (desirable). **We Offer** * Formal employment registration. * 14-day-on/7-day-off work schedule. * Company-provided meals and accommodation. * Monthly gross salary of S/. 3,000.
