Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance. **OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – TELECOMMUNICATIONS** **Work Location:** Bagua, Amazonas – Peru **Employment Type:** On-site \| Full-time We are a company specializing in telecommunications and technological infrastructure services, seeking to hire an **Operations and Maintenance Supervisor** with proven experience leading field technical teams and ensuring operational continuity of critical telecommunications infrastructure. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** \-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in: Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. **Mandatory Experience** Minimum **2 years** serving as: Operations Supervisor. **Key Responsibilities** \-Lead and supervise technical crews for operations and maintenance. \-Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance. \-Supervise work on or Microwave Links (MW). * Transmission systems. * AC/DC power systems. * Rectifiers. * Grounding systems. * Precision air conditioning units. * Telecommunications towers, masts, and sites. * Telecommunications nodes and stations. \-Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and customer-defined response times. \-Maintain continuous coordination with the Network Operations Center (NOC), clients, and field technical personnel. \-Manage operational resources, materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment assigned to operations. \-Validate the technical quality of completed work. \-Prepare technical reports, fault reports, and maintenance reports. \-Identify improvement opportunities to enhance infrastructure availability and reliability. **Technical Knowledge** * Operations and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. * Microwave radio links. * AC/DC power systems. * Passive infrastructure. * Electrical backup systems. * KPIs and SLAs. * Fault management. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Technical report writing. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel. **Exclusive Requirements** ✅ **Permanent residence in Bagua, Amazonas.** ✅ Availability to travel within the Amazonas region. ✅ Availability to perform on-call duties and respond to operational emergencies outside regular working hours, as required by operations.
