**Requirements**
* Licensed and graduated in Accounting
* 1–3 years of experience managing payroll for civil construction, general, and MYPE regimes; at least 1 year of experience in the construction/real estate sector
* Specialization in labor legislation (CTS, bonuses, profit-sharing, AFP, ONP, ESSALUD)
* Calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and social benefits
* Experience handling payroll systems and payroll software (e.g., T\-Registro, PLAME, ERP, EXCEL)
* Calculation and filing of labor-related taxes (SUNAT, AFPNet, EsSalud)
* Attendance control and management (working hours, tardiness, absences)
* Monthly payroll closing
* Monthly submission of payroll data via the Electronic Payroll System (PLAME)
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare and process AFPnet and PDT Plame declarations to ensure compliance with pension and tax obligations
* Prepare and submit payment details to AFPnet and CONAFOVICER
* Calculate subsidies and all types of social benefits, in full compliance with current labor legislation
* Consolidate payroll information on a weekly basis
* Register and manage employee onboarding, modifications, and offboarding in relevant systems
* Supervise and calculate fifth-category income tax for both blue-collar and white-collar staff
* Submit liquidation payments and social benefits amounts to the Finance Department
* Keep the Human Resources Department updated on changes in fiscal, labor, and tax regulations
* Address employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, and benefits
