Apply now or share this opportunity! **Requirements** * Licensed and graduated in Accounting * 1 to 3 years of experience managing payroll for civil construction, general, and MYPE regimes, and at least 1 year of experience in the construction/real estate sector. * Specialization in labor legislation (CTS, bonuses, profit-sharing, AFP, ONP, ESSALUD). * Experience handling payroll systems and payroll software (e.g., T\-Registro, PLAME, ERP, EXCEL). **Responsibilities** * Prepare and file AFPnet and PDT Plame declarations to ensure compliance with social security and tax obligations. * Prepare and submit payment details to AFPnet and CONAFOVICER. * Calculate subsidies and all types of social benefits, adhering to current labor legislation. * Consolidate payroll information on a weekly basis. * Register and manage employee onboarding, modifications, and offboarding in relevant systems. * Supervise and calculate fifth-category income tax for both blue-collar and office staff. * Submit liquidation and social benefit payment amounts to the Finance Department. * Keep the Human Resources Department updated on changes in fiscal, labor, and tax regulations. * Address employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, and benefits. ***At Rumi, we promote gender diversity, ethnic origin, inclusion of persons with disabilities and/or different abilities through equal opportunities in all processes for every applicant applying to the company.*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this field? * Please indicate your salary expectation: * Please specify your availability to work and your current mobile number: * Do you have experience preparing civil construction (blue-collar) payroll?
