If you wish to advance professionally in a dynamic, challenging, and results-oriented environment, this is your opportunity to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma or degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics (preferably in construction or real estate companies).** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charts, databases). * Power BI knowledge is preferred. * Experience managing logistics documentation: invoicing, shipping guides, purchase orders, among others. * Experience using ERP systems; SAP Business One (SAP B1\) is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage procurement requirements for ongoing construction projects. * Prepare, evaluate, and analyze comparative charts for material and service procurement. * Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines and terms. * Monitor and control logistics-related costs. * Manage and maintain an updated supplier database. * Coordinate with internal departments and site staff to prioritize requirement fulfillment. * Supervise and control physical inventories at construction sites, ensuring accurate system updates. * Develop and track logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and periodic reports.
