**REQUIREMENTS:** * Proactive, punctual, helpful, responsible and honest person. * Minimum 12 months’ experience in similar positions. * Completed secondary education. * Valid national ID document (DNI). * No prior police or criminal complaints (mandatory). **FUNCTIONS:** * Clean, disinfect and maintain all common areas of the building—including floors, surfaces and walls—in good condition. * Clean all floors and corridors of the building. * Clean and polish elevators, with special emphasis on buttons and mirrors—areas with higher contact frequency. * Clean the garbage room. * Clean the reception area. * Clean the building’s façade. * Clean the building’s entrance area. * Clean the parking areas. * Clean the emergency staircases. * Clean partitions (glass panels). * Clean grills. * Clean the terrace and restrooms. * Keep storage areas for cleaning supplies clean and orderly. **DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT:** * Copy of valid national ID document (DNI). * Copy of water or electricity bill. * Documented Curriculum Vitae (CV). * Unique Labor Certificate (CUL), downloadable at https://www.empleosperu.gob.pe/portal\-mtpe/\#/login Job type: Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. We offer: * Timely payment. * Positive work environment. * Monthly salary payment.
