WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!! **Responsibilities:** \- Develop, coordinate, and monitor plans, programs, and procedures related to the emergency response service area. \- Conduct scheduled and unannounced inspections on safety, health, environment, and quality aspects of ongoing work activities. \- Deliver technical training and capacity-building sessions for rescue personnel within the area and members of the project’s Emergency Response Team. \- Inspect fire extinguishers, fire cabinets, hydrants, hoses, and valves of the fire protection system (SCI). \- Conduct emergency response courses for members of the Emergency Response Team. \- Execute and ensure compliance with all daily operational activities. \- Perform other duties assigned by the ESSAC Shift Supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Active member of the Fire Department with a minimum of (04) four years of seniority. \- Minimum (02) two years of experience in emergency response services, safety equipment inspection and/or SSOMA (Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment) prevention, handling real emergencies, traffic accidents, hazardous material spills, vehicle extrication, emergency medical care, rope techniques, and structural fire control. \- Basic knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management, fire extinguisher maintenance, and fire protection system inspections. \- Valid driver’s license, minimum class *AIIB* (Mandatory). \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Must reside in *Lima* (Mandatory). **Competencies:** \- Proactivity. \- Teamwork. \- Effective communication. \- Customer orientation. **Working Conditions:** \- Work schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off. \- Meals provided. \- Overnight stay at the base.
