Key Responsibilities: Logistics Officer Supports the logistical operations of the National Office in accordance with local and global policies and procedures. Provides effective solutions for transportation services, reception, warehousing, and inventory management for activities conducted by WVRD. Requirements: University student Experience: * 3 years of experience in mechanical vehicle transportation services and in difficult areas or complex road conditions. * Experience building strong relationships with internal and related clients. * Experience in NGO-specific operational processes is preferred. Technical Skills: * Intermediate knowledge of Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * National-level road knowledge. * Logistics and inventory management. * Soft skills for teamwork. * Must be able to operate manual transmission vehicles — mandatory. Key Functions: * Assist with transportation requirements for various assigned needs. * Respond to transfer request procedures. * Monitor the maintenance schedule for assigned vehicle units. * Manage equipment and transportation required for setting up external and internal events. * Receive goods ordered for delivery in designated areas.
