Professional in Agronomy, Administration, Accounting, or related fields 2. Experience in microfinance as a Business Advisor or Analyst 3. Knowledge of credit portfolio management and analysis **STAFF REQUIREMENT:** Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Norandino Ltda., requires personnel to fill the position of Financial Advisor at the Lonya Grande Office. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor's degree holder or university graduate in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Forestry; Administration, Accounting, Business, or a similar related field. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 1 year of experience performing duties as a Business Advisor or Credit Analyst in microfinance institutions; Savings and Credit Cooperatives; Municipal or Rural Savings Banks; or other financial institutions. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Credit portfolio management, * Credit risk analysis, * Credit disbursement and recovery management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Results-oriented, * Teamwork, * Negotiation techniques, * Customer service orientation, * Ability to work under pressure.
