Key Responsibilities: The IT Support Analyst collaborates to maintain the organization's technological infrastructure efficiently, securely, and operationally, with continuous monitoring and proper planning and documentation, in order to meet business and user needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field. Proficiency in English (preferred). Skills and knowledge in enterprise network management. Skills and knowledge in server and connectivity system administration. Skills and knowledge in information security administration within enterprise environments. Basic knowledge of electrical power and related systems (UPS, inverters, batteries, generators, circuit breakers, etc.). One year of experience in similar positions.
