Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering * Specialization in Maintenance Management, Occupational Health and Safety * Experience managing maintenance indicators, costs, and budgets * Knowledge of managing mechanical, electrical, automation, instrumentation, and process control maintenance plans and programs * Minimum of 5 years of work experience in related positions or areas Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate maintenance activities through a detailed schedule, ensuring equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition. * Develop and manage the assigned budget for the department, properly controlling costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and justifying necessary investments to ensure asset efficiency and reliability. * Analyze the life cycle cost of assets to plan major refurbishments and/or propose replacements. * Lead and oversee the execution of annual and monthly Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance Plans, along with various strategies to achieve set objectives.
