A leading company dedicated to the sale of supplies for the printing industry is seeking a CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS ANALYST with experience REQUIREMENTS: * Professional in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields * Minimum 4 years of experience in the field and in similar positions * Advanced level of Microsoft Office (pivot tables) / ERP system knowledge * Knowledge of credit notes, debit notes, promissory notes, checks, accounting, phone collection management, and field visits * Age: 25 to 40 years old * Gender: Indifferent * Full-time availability RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review and file daily bank journals * Verify protested promissory notes and enter them into the system with associated expenses * Enter unique numbers of promissory notes and inform clients of their location * Prepare promissory note sheets for submission to the bank * Evaluate customer credit applications, proposing terms and identifying associated risks * Monitor granted credit lines and continuously control the customer's financial stability * Make phone calls to customers regarding outstanding accounts, pending acceptance of notes, and note maturity at the bank * Conduct customer visits * Manage overdue collections, suggesting necessary legal actions * Analyze progress and behavior of receivables within the assigned portfolio * Support commercial team members regarding credit and collections matters * Prepare weekly collection reports and present monthly closing reports of receivables to the department * Assist in improving internal processes * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by superiors COMPETENCIES: Effective communication, results-oriented, proactive, strong service capacity. What will you do? \- Provide warm customer service in-store, for delivery, and via apps. \- Handle cash transactions, cash register reconciliation, and POS operations. \- Restock and display our products in showcases. \- Prepare coffees and cold beverages. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and good practices in the store.
