Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in Resident or Construction Supervisor roles, specifically in health-related projects and similar building construction. Key Highlights: 1. Resident or Construction Supervisor Role 2. Experience in health-related projects 3. Experience in diverse building construction **Academic Qualifications** * **Degree:** Civil Engineer, Architect, or equivalent. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum **10 years** of licensed professional practice (counted from the date of degree conferral). **Specific Experience:** You must demonstrate experience equal to or exceeding **60 months (5 years)** in roles such as: * Construction Resident / Resident Engineer / Chief Resident. * Construction Supervisor / Supervision Manager / Execution Manager. * Inspection Engineer / Inspection Manager. Within those 5 years, the following is **mandatory**: * **Health Sector Experience (6 months):** Execution or supervision of construction works at health facilities (hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, or equivalents). * **Similar Building Experience (6 months):** Execution or supervision of buildings of any type, shopping centers, schools, hotels, prisons, offices, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1.00 - S/.10.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
