Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in Resident, Supervisor, or Inspector roles, specializing in health and construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supervision and execution of health projects 2. Experience in construction of various types of buildings 3. Leadership roles in construction project management **Academic Qualifications** * **Degree:** Civil Engineer, Architect, or equivalent. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum **10 years** of licensed professional practice (calculated from the date of degree conferral). **Specific Experience:** You must demonstrate experience equal to or greater than **60 months (5 years)** in roles such as: * Site Resident / Resident Engineer / Head of Residents. * Site Supervisor / Supervision Manager / Execution Manager. * Inspection Engineer / Inspection Manager. Within those 5 years, the following is **mandatory**: * **Health Sector Experience (6 months):** Execution or supervision of construction works at health facilities (hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, or equivalents). * **Similar Construction Experience (6 months):** Execution or supervision of buildings of any type, shopping centers, schools, hotels, prisons, offices, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.10\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
