Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the implementation and compliance of the Organizational Efficiency Strategy (Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technologies) within the framework of local and international policies, facilitating accurate information and analysis for decision-making, while ensuring appropriate and transparent use of resources, timely accountability, and proper coordination of national office planning and budgeting processes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate preparation of monthly reporting, ensuring it meets fellowship standards for both compliance and information quality. * Maintain up-to-date national office policies and procedures manuals, ensuring an internal control system that minimizes risks of fraud and other organizational losses. * Ensure that fellowship policies and procedures are understood by all non-finance national office staff, local partners, and the Board of Directors as appropriate. * Coordinate timely preparation of analyses for areas under supervision to recommend improvements and adjustments for significant variances, supporting better decision-making by the National Director, departments, management teams, and PDAs. * Review monthly reporting from supervised areas with the National Director and prepare meeting minutes documenting agreements, based on fellowship requirements. * Ensure all projects, programs, and departments have timely information to facilitate decision-making. * Coordinate preparation of the monthly funding request, ensuring availability and timeliness of funding flow and compliance with established cash management indicator standards. * Address requests related to supervised areas raised by LACRO, partner offices, and other fellowship units through the National Director. **EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** ***Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics/Finance-related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Finance-related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in managerial roles in finance\-accounting, Supply Chain, and information technologies. * Up-to-date knowledge of local tax and finance\-accounting legal frameworks. * Active CPA, CPI, ACCA, or CIMA certification per local requirements. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) ***Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:*** * Postgraduate degree in Finance-related fields. * Experience in finance departments of NGOs or cooperation agencies. * Knowledge of US GAAPs and IFRS. * Ability to communicate information effectively. * Proficiency in ERP accounting systems. * Commitment to innovation and change. * Familiarity with the humanitarian and/or NGO sector. * Demonstrated Christ-centered life and work.
