This opportunity seeks a **JUNIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER**, whose responsibilities will include: * Organizing fieldwork and leading the technical team. * Other responsibilities inherent to the position. Requirements: * **Education:** Technical graduate in networking, telecommunications, computer science, or related fields. * **Driver's License:** Valid driver's license (A\-I ) **mandatory.** * **Technical Knowledge:** FTTH (Fiber to the Home), HFC, IP networks, aerial and conduit cabling installation, fiber optic cable laying, pole hardware (**desirable**). * **Tools:** Proficiency in fusion splicers, power meters, OTDRs, and precision cutters (**desirable**). * **Electricity:** Basic knowledge of electrical hazards. * **Working at Heights:** Knowledge and experience using ladders, poles, and performing tasks at height. * **Soft Skills:** Proactivity, teamwork, strong communication, responsibility.
