Companionship, active listening, and emotional support We are looking for a caregiver to support elderly individuals in Pon (Asturias), assisting them with daily physical and emotional activities to improve their well-being and quality of life. Duties include providing personalized assistance with personal hygiene for each resident, supporting food preparation and feeding—especially for those with eating difficulties—and aiding mobility, whether for transfers or postural changes. The caregiver will also observe and report any health-related changes or incidents, such as fluctuations in temperature or pulse. Additionally, the caregiver will offer companionship, active listening, and emotional support to promote residents' autonomy and psychological well-being. Collaboration in room cleaning and maintenance is also required. A qualification as a Nursing Assistant Technician or the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions is required. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
